Capsula is a unique partnership between the Smart Mobility Initiative (Prime Minister Office) and Tel Aviv University, located at The Porter School of The Environment and Earth Sciences. Capsula functions as an accelerator & innovation center, connecting startups and key players in industry and academia.

We act as an intersection between startups, the smart mobility industry, and academia. This way we can work to help facilitate successful startup launches by understanding industry needs and guiding startups via our "roadmap" of experience, all the while advancing academia to address the complexity of problems facing industry.
